   money flow.

• Balance all 8 Parts of your company.

• Team up with a focused group of entrepreneurs.

If you're like many self-employed people, you're frustrated as to why your business is not growing as fast as you want it to. You want to be able to help more people and yet, somehow, they need to find their way to you.

There are three main reasons you are stuck.

1. You don't have a crystal clear focus on your whole business.

You might be working 24/7 and spending hours on the computer but this doesn't mean you are working smart. If you do the same things wrong over and over, you just get better at doing it wrong.  When you sharpen your focus on what you need to do, and in what order, it will make a big difference. It also takes discipline.

1.  You are lacking a solid marketing plan and system.

You know you need to get yourself out there, so you try this and try that and then get discouraged. It's like a  random dart throw and you just hope something will stick, but you're spending lots of money or time and not getting enough results. Poor plan equals poor results.

3. Your self doubt sabotages you.

Maybe you're afraid of making a mistake, getting rejected, looking stupid or a myriad of other issues. Unconsciously you keep yourself small in order to stay safe. You end up making decisions from this disabled place.

Solutions:

1. Clear your focus. Begin to make a mental shift from being an over-worked self-employed person to learning to think and act like a business person and to overcome the obstacles that seem to stand in your way. Look at all 8 parts of your business.

2. Accept that your marketing hasn't been working well. Really learn the simple seven steps and how to implement them. You learned to master the skills of your profession or trade so you can also learn the skills of marketing.

3. Let go of staying small and  become strong, empowered and unstoppable. Learn to make decisions from this place and to speak from this voice. Decide to do whatever it takes.

Here is an example of your eight part pie chart which you will create and it will show you exactly where you are and what you need to work on.

Seminar includes the space and focus you need to be able to see your business from a new and different vantage point.

Most people begin with a great product or service. They spend all their time focusing on developing that, and not enough time looking at their whole business. In this intensive seminar you will look at all eight parts and see how they integrate and work together.

Can you do this yourself?  It's not easy. I know because I tried and it never worked! I needed to get out of my own way.

If you are like me, you need support and accountability. This seminar offers both. Not only will you get me but also all the other particiapants who are expert business owners.

All business owners do strategic planning. Here's an opportunity to do it with group support
