The benefits are immense! • Expertise from 7-10 other professional women to offer help. As you are all in business, you will be able to relate to each person's goals and issues, and through the process of supporting others you will benefit as well. My role as facilitator is to help keep people on track, make sure everyone has a chance to share, step in if people are stuck and bring in a new process as needed. I'm also available for 5 minute one-on-one phone calls if a big issue comes up. Basically I will manage the group so it will run smoothly and be there 100% for you. Where: Group will meet on the telephone twice a month for 90 minutes. The first two sessions will be one week apart to build group cohesion. Commitment: 6 months.
