Facebook is wonderful for building relationships for your business. My main suggestion is to do a Fan page for your business and put up good quality content. It is not about selling - its all about sharing and getting to know other people. In your updates make sure to put in links to other people's blogs etc. and put a link to your own as well mixed in. Gradually your group will grow and people will begin to know and trust you so when you do put something of your own up- they will read it.
