How do the Mentor Coaching Programs Work?

Every program is 100% individually focused.
This means it is all about you; where you are beginning and what you want to accomplish.

You have clear goals that we will work toward and in that process it also includes personal and professional development.

You will be facing your self-doubts, fears and anything else that is holding you back from being the best you can be.

I help you to overcome obstacles in your path and to make more empowering decisions to become a more effective leader of your business.

The first step is initial self-evaluation with a series of questions to help you dig deeper and share what is going on in your business and with yourself right now. This helps us to have a beginning point and to develop a plan to work together.

 

1. Based on this initial assessment we decide what you want to accomplish and where you want to begin. We create a map of where you want to go and a plan for getting there.

2. Intentions goals and homework are generated from the assessment and from your on-going work developing your business. The tools and processes are working toward meeting your goals and growing your skills.

3. Each time we meet, we go over your homework and your process of working on your business, developing, learning and completing projects that support your goals. It is a holistic process that works on all levels.

4. I am able to support your developing work on your business and yourself when you send me regular updates, and I respond with comments and answering questions to help you to keep moving forward in the process.

5. Our meetings are scheduled to fit your flow. There are not a set number of meetings. It is up to you and what you need. It might be a 10 minute phone call or an hour. The longer meetings are used to evaluate where you are and focus on what you need to do next.. The shorter meetings are usually to deal with a specific issue that has come up. It is all about accountability as well as growing into new skills and behaviors.

Part of the outcome depends on your commitment and focus, so I don’t offer refunds, however I do help you to stay engaged and listen to your concerns.  I do know things in life happen, so you can take a break for a month or two if needed anytime. We simply freeze and then you return- sometimes with a fresh perspective.
