Here are some excellent web based tools  that have helped me immensely.

• Formaiit.com Formatting for articles. Did you know that 50 characters per line is  optimal for legibility. for e-mail or websites?   Here is a free website that will convert  your writing in just moments! 

• Groundbreak. Are you planning to write a book or have you written an e-book and  you want to show the cover on your web page. This website will, in moments, convert your photoshop graphic to a book cover image.

• Aweber If  you are in business and want to send out a newsletter and have other sign-ups on your website I highly recommend Aweber. They have unlimited autoresponders, can store your data base in multliple lists, and  will deal with all the bounced mail and  other issues so you can do your job.  Their customer service is excellent.
